Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags attached to the item. 

Damaged, altered, or named garments will not be exchanged or refunded.  

Please note that we are only able to provide refunds to the debtor account. 
 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. In order to resolve the matter, we must physically evaluate the item of concern, as such, we will ask you to bring the item back for inspection. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.

 

If you believe your product is defective after use, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the issue. Again, you will be asked to physically return the item for inspection. An assessment will be made as to whether issue is a product fault or a case of wear and tear. This will be done instore by one of our staff.

 

Refunds/Returns 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will attempt to replace the item or refund your purchase price. Refunds will be credited to your King’s College account.

 Exceptions/Exclusions

  • New goods to be exchanged/ returned must be unworn and returned with original packaging and tags. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • We are unable to accept returns on any second-hand goods that have been purchased
  • For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for mouth guards, headwear (caps and hats), and towels.
  • Where items have been purchased at a discounted price, due to known issues with the product, they are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
